#### 56 Extension of term to be notified to mortgagee 56 Extension of term to be notified to mortgagee > If the term of a Western Lands lease that is mortgaged is extended under an application under clause 32 of Schedule 3 to the Act, notice of the extension is to be served by the lessee on the mortgagee within 28 days after the application is made.
