#### 33 Notifications to Minister by transferee of land benefited by licensed Crown land 33 Notifications to Minister by transferee of land benefited by licensed Crown land > For the purposes of section 5.27 (5) of the Act— > > > (a) the manner prescribed for notifying the Minister is by lodging a written notice with the Department accompanied by the relevant fee, and > > > (b) the period prescribed for giving the notice is the period of 28 days after the date of the transfer.
