3 Definitions
(1) In this Regulation—
fee unit—see clause 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1.
pest has the same meaning as in the Biosecurity Act 2015.
the Act means the Crown Land Management Act 2016.
Western lands lease has the same meaning as in Schedule 3 to the Act.
Note.
The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.
(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
