#### 24 Prior notice of meetings 24 Prior notice of meetings > > (1) If a date is appointed for a meeting of the board of a statutory land manager, the chairperson of the board is to forward a written notice to each member of the board setting out the place and time of the meeting and the agenda for that meeting. > > > (2) The notice is to be forwarded not later than 10 days before the day appointed for the meeting. > > > (3) However, if the chairperson is of the opinion that a special meeting should be held as soon as possible, the chairperson may give such notice of the place and time of, and the agenda for, the meeting as the chairperson considers appropriate.
