#### 23 Special meetings 23 Special meetings > On receipt by the chairperson of the board of a statutory land manager of a written request for a meeting of the board of the manager, the chairperson, if the request is signed by at least 2 members of the board and specifies the purpose of the meeting, is to call a special meeting to be held within 28 days after receipt of the request at the place and time specified by the chairperson.
