#### 20 Receipts and disbursements of statutory land managers 20 Receipts and disbursements of statutory land managers > > (1) All money received by a statutory land manager is to be deposited to the credit of an account established with any authorised deposit-taking institution in the name of the manager. > > > (2) Each item of expenditure by or on behalf of the statutory land manager is to be authorised or confirmed for payment at a duly convened and constituted meeting of the manager by tabling and approval of a report by the treasurer of the manager relating to that item of expenditure. > > > (3) Cheques drawn on the statutory land manager’s account are to be signed by one or more persons approved by the manager. > > > (4) If an administrator of a statutory land manager has been appointed under the Act, cheques are to be signed by the administrator and one other person chosen by the administrator.
