#### 5 Application of Part 5.1 Application of Part > This Part applies principally (but not exclusively) to dealings involving Crown land. > > Note. > > Some of the provisions of this Part also apply to former Crown land (for example, Crown land that has been sold) and freehold land affected by Crown land (for example, land through which Crown roads pass). > > Schedules 1–4 contain special provisions concerning continued holdings, land in the Western Division and purchasable leases. Section 1.13 provides that those provisions prevail over the provisions of this Part to the extent of any inconsistency.
