#### 16 Giving of Ministerial consent 16 Giving of Ministerial consent > > (1) To avoid doubt, the Minister has a discretion as to whether to grant consent to a transfer or other dealing for the purposes of a provision of this Schedule. > > > (2) The Minister may grant a waiver under clause 18 instead of granting consent for the purposes of a provision of this Schedule even if an application for the waiver has not been made.
