sec.65 Offences against this Act
An offence against this Act is a summary offence. A proceeding for the offence must start within whichever is the longer of the following— 1 year after the commission of the offence; 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the commission of the offence. (sec.65-ssec.1) An offence against this Act is a summary offence.
