sec.54 Vacancy in office
The office of the chief executive officer becomes vacant if the chief executive officer— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the board; or becomes disqualified under section 51 from continuing as chief executive officer.
- (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
- (b) resigns office by signed notice given to the board; or
- (c) becomes disqualified under section 51 from continuing as chief executive officer.
