sec.44 Quorum at board meetings
A quorum for a board meeting is a majority of the board’s members for the time being. However, if at a board meeting a board member present at the meeting is required under this Act not to be present during deliberations, or not to take part in any decision, of the board for a particular matter, the remaining board members present at the meeting constitute a quorum for the meeting. s 44 amd 2024 No. 2 s 4 (sec.44-ssec.1) A quorum for a board meeting is a majority of the board’s members for the time being.
