sec.43 Presiding at board meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside. If neither the chairperson nor deputy chairperson is present at a board meeting, the board member chosen by the board members present is to preside. (sec.43-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present.
