sec.38 Vacancy in office
An appointed board member’s office becomes vacant if the member— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or becomes disqualified under section 35 from continuing as an appointed board member.
- (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
- (b) resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or
- (c) becomes disqualified under section 35 from continuing as an appointed board member.
