sec.36 Term of appointment
An appointed board member holds office for the term, not longer than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. Subsection (1) does not prevent an appointed board member being reappointed. (sec.36-ssec.1) An appointed board member holds office for the term, not longer than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
