72 Offence to fail to comply with order, judgment, warrant or summons (a) in the exercise of its cross-border jurisdiction, a prescribed court of the Territory issues an order, judgment, warrant or summons; and (b) a person in another participating jurisdiction fails to comply with the order, judgment, warrant or summons; and (c) the failure would, if it were to occur in the Territory, constitute an offence under the law of the Territory.
