52 Arrest without warrant (1) A police officer of another participating jurisdiction may arrest a person in the Territory without a warrant if: (a) under the law of the other jurisdiction, the police officer would have been able to arrest the person in the other jurisdiction without a warrant; and (2) The law of the Territory does not apply in relation to the arrest.
