49 Making of NT police orders (1) A police officer of the Territory may make an NT police order in another participating jurisdiction if the person against whom the order is sought or proposed to be made has a connection with a in relation to the making of the order. Note for section 49 For deciding whether or not the person against whom the NT police order is sought or proposed to be made has a connection with a cross-border region, section 22 and Part 2, Division 4, apply.
