140 Delegation by Chief Executive Officer (1) The Chief Executive Officer may delegate any of the Chief Executive Officer's powers and functions under this Act. (2) The delegation must be in writing signed by the Chief Executive Officer. (3) A power or function when exercised or performed by the delegate is taken to have been exercised or performed in accordance with the delegation unless the contrary is shown.
