3C Legal representative of defendant

(1) [Rule 3C Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2008, No. 155, Applied:31 Dec 2008] The name of the legal practitioner, or law practice, filed under rule 3B is the legal representative of the defendant.
(2) Any document, notice or proceeding required to be delivered under these rules is to be delivered to or by –
(a) the legal representative of the defendant; or
(b) the defendant, if he or she is unrepresented.
