34 Undertaking as to costs
[Rule 34 Amended by S.R. 2008, No. 155, Applied:31 Dec 2008] An order under section 7 or 8 of the Evidence on Commisson Act 2001 may include a requirement that a party or the party's legal practitioner give –
(a) an undertaking as to the costs of examining, or taking the evidence of, the person outside the State; and
(b) security for those costs in any manner that the Court directs.
