87 Recovery of amount payable to Territory (1) The amount payable under section 72, 80 or 86 by a respondent to the Territory is payable to the Fines Recovery Unit within one month after the date on which the relevant declaration was made. (2) If part or all of the amount payable to the Territory is not paid within the time specified in subsection (1), the unpaid amount is recoverable from the respondent by the Territory under the Fines and Penalties (Recovery) Act 2001. (3) This section does not affect any other means by which the Territory may recover any unpaid amount of a person's liability under this Act.
