49 Effect of restraining order (1) While a restraining order is in effect in relation to property: (a) subject to Division 3, the property cannot be dealt with; and (b) the applicant in relation to the restraining order may apply under this Act to the court that made the restraining order for an order that all or some of the property is forfeit to the Territory.
