41 Applications for restraining orders
(1) A police officer or the DPP may apply to the Local Court for a
restraining order under section 43(1).
(2) The DPP may apply to the Supreme Court for a restraining order
under this Division.
(3) An application under subsection (1) or (2) may be made ex parte.
