37 Later-produced documents If a warrant under section 34 authorises any action to be taken in relation to a document that was in existence at the time that the warrant was issued, but at the time that the warrant was executed it was physically impossible for the document to be produced, a police officer may take the action when the document becomes available even if the warrant has by then expired.
