27 Property-tracking documents For this Act, a document is a property-tracking document if the document is relevant to: (a) identifying or locating crime-used property or crime-derived property; or (b) determining the value of any crime-used property or crime- derived property; or (c) identifying or locating any or all constituents of a person's wealth; or (d) determining the value of any or all constituents of a person's wealth; or (e) identifying or locating any document relating to the transfer of restrained or forfeited property.
