164 Obstructing member of Police Force (1) A person commits an offence if the person wilfully delays or obstructs a police officer in the performance of the member's functions under this Act, or wilfully delays or obstructs a person assisting a police officer in the performance of those functions. (2) A person commits an offence if the person wilfully fails to produce any property to, or wilfully conceals or attempts to conceal any property from, a police officer in the performance of the officer's functions under this Act or a person assisting a police officer in the performance of those functions.
