15 Protection for financial institutions (1) An action, suit or proceeding in relation to the giving of information under section 13 does not lie against: (a) the financial institution that gives the information; or (b) an officer of the institution acting within his or her authority. Criminal Property Forfeiture Act 2002 14 (2) An action, suit or proceeding in relation to a financial institution's response to a requirement in a notice under section 14 does not lie against: (a) the financial institution; or (b) an officer of the financial institution who is acting within his or her authority.
