144 Evidence of compliance with production orders When a person produces a document or makes a document available, under a production order, the production or making available of the document and any information, document or anything else acquired as a direct or indirect consequence of complying with the order is not admissible against the person in evidence in any criminal proceedings except proceedings for an offence under section 25.
