130N Payments out of realised proceeds When forfeiture proceeds are realised, any payments required by this Act are payable before the remaining funds are distributed under this Division. Note for section 130N This Act provides for payments out of forfeiture proceeds under sections 103(1), 115(1), 117, 148(2) and 154(5).
