130H CJC subcommittee (1) Within the decision-making period after the Territory notifies the CJC of a matter in accordance with section 130G(1), the CJC must: (a) determine whether the Commonwealth, a participating jurisdiction or a cooperating State made a contribution in relation to the forfeiture action; and (b) form a CJC subcommittee comprising the Territory representative on the CJC and a representative of each jurisdiction determined by the CJC to have made a contribution as mentioned is paragraph (a). (2) A determination mentioned in subsection (1) must be unanimous.
