130E Application of Part This Part applies if: (a) a relevant application is made and the amount of shareable proceeds involved exceeds the NCS threshold; or Criminal Property Forfeiture Act 2002 76 (b) a court makes a relevant order and the amount of shareable proceeds involved exceeds the NCS threshold; or (c) a payment is made to the Territory in relation to a relevant application mentioned in paragraph (a) or a relevant order mentioned in paragraph (b).
