130C Meaning of relevant order
A relevant order is any of the following:
(a) a restraining order under section 44(1)(b)(ii);
(b) a declaration of forfeiture under section 94;
(c) a forfeiture order under section 97 or 100;
(d) an order prescribed by regulation for this section.
