128 Effect of registration of interstate forfeiture orders (1) A registered interstate forfeiture order may be enforced in the Territory as if the property to which it relates had been forfeited under Part 7, Division 3. (2) If a registered interstate forfeiture order is enforced in the Territory under this Act, the forfeited property vests in the Territory. (3) Property cannot vest in the Territory under subsection (2) if the property subject to the registered interstate forfeiture order has already vested in the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory, or in some other person or entity.
