106 Management of restrained or forfeited property (1) The Public Trustee has responsibility for the control and management of property that is subject to a restraining order unless a court otherwise orders under section 46(1)(c) or 109(2). (2) The Public Trustee has responsibility for the control and management of forfeited property until it is disposed of. (3) The Public Trustee may appoint a person who owns property that is subject to a restraining order to manage the property.
