#### 53 Functions of Groups 53 Functions of Groups > The functions of an Aboriginal Community Justice Group include (but are not limited to) the following functions— > > > (a) assessing the suitability of a referred offender to participate in the program and reporting to the participating court that referred the offender about the offender’s suitability, > > > (b) any other functions that may be imposed or conferred on the Group by this Part or the guidelines.
