#### 46 Termination of circle sentencing group meeting 46 Termination of circle sentencing group meeting > > (1) The presiding Magistrate may terminate a meeting of a circle sentencing group if the Magistrate is satisfied that the behaviour of a member of the group is disrupting the orderly conduct of the meeting. > > > (2) If a meeting is terminated, the Magistrate may direct the Program Officer to convene a new circle sentencing group or the Magistrate may return the matter to the participating court.
