119B Transitional provision relating to case management of WHS prosecutions in District Court
> Sections 247A, 247B, 247C and 247E of the Act, as amended by the [Stronger Communities Legislation Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 2020](/view/pdf/asmade/act-2020-31), extend to proceedings commenced in the District Court before 31 May 2021, other than proceedings that before 31 May 2021 were listed by the Court for trial or sentencing hearing.
