#### 119 Savings 119 Savings > > (1) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the [Criminal Procedure Regulation 2010](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2010-0474), had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation. > > > (2) Any guidelines issued by the Minister under Division 5 of Part 8 of that Regulation and in force immediately before the commencement of this Regulation are taken to be issued by the Secretary under Division 5 of Part 9 of this Regulation.
