#### 107 Evidence of statements generally inadmissible 107 Evidence of statements generally inadmissible > > (1) Evidence of anything said, or any admission made, by a referred traffic offender in the course of participating in an approved traffic course is not admissible in any criminal or civil proceedings. > > > (2) Subclause (1) does not apply to the criminal proceedings in respect of which a referred traffic offender was referred.
