75 Supplementary address by prosecutor (1) If, in the closing address of the accused under section 74, the accused asserts facts which are not supported by any evidence that is before the Magistrates' Court, the court may grant leave to the prosecutor to make a supplementary address to the court. (2) A supplementary address must be confined to replying to the assertion referred to in subsection (1). (3) The Magistrates' Court may limit the length of a supplementary address.
