74 Closing address of the accused (1) In a hearing under this Part— (b) after the closing address of the prosecutor, if any, under section 73— the Magistrates' Court may grant leave, if it is appropriate to do so, to the accused to address the court for the purpose of summing up the evidence. (2) The Magistrates' Court may limit the length of the closing address of the accused.
