451 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Victims) Act 2018—Part 8.2A Part 8.2A as inserted by section 25 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Victims) Act 2018** applies to a criminal proceeding commenced, or in which the accused is committed for trial, on or after the day on which that section comes into operation, irrespective of when the offence is alleged to have been committed. S. 449 inserted by No. 19/2017 s. 58, renumbered as s. 452 by No. 48/2018 s. 41.
