446 Transitional provision—Crimes Amendment (Child Pornography and Other Matters) Act 2015 This Act, as amended by the **Crimes Amendment (Child Pornography and Other Matters) Act 2015**, applies to a request for inspection of an exhibit (or a part of an exhibit), or for a copy of any information, document or thing, made on or after the day on which section 14 of that Act comes into operation irrespective of when— (a) the proceeding in relation to which the request is made commenced; or (b) the offence to which the proceeding relates is alleged to have been committed.
