369 Application of Division S. 369(1) substituted by No. 5/2025 s. 20. (1) This Division applies to a trial in a criminal proceeding that relates (wholly or partly) to a charge for— (b) a family violence offence. (2) This Division applies to a complainant in a criminal proceeding referred to in subsection (1) if, at the time at which the proceeding commenced, the complainant— (a) was under the age of 18 years; or (b) had a cognitive impairment.
