348 Hearing of application for leave An application for leave under section 342 must be heard in the absence of the jury (if any) and, if the accused so requests, in the absence of the complainant. S. 349 (Heading) amended by No. 5/2025 s. 19(1). New s. 349 inserted by No. 68/2009 s. 50, amended by No. 5/2025 s. 19(2).
