339 Application of Division (1) This Division applies to a criminal proceeding that relates (wholly or partly) to a charge for a sexual offence. (2) This Division applies to all complainants in a criminal proceeding referred to in subsection (1). (3) This Division applies despite anything in this or any other Act or any rule of law to the contrary. New s. 340 inserted by No. 68/2009 s. 50.
