327P DPP must elect which offence to prosecute If the DPP satisfies the Court of Appeal under sections 327L, 327M and 327N, or any 2 of those sections, the DPP must elect to prosecute either— (a) the administration of justice offence; or (b) the offence of which the accused has been acquitted or a related offence— and may proceed only on that basis. S. 327Q inserted by No. 81/2011 s. 17.
