310 Bail pending appeal (1) A prisoner within the meaning of the **Corrections Act 1986** who appeals, or applies for leave to appeal, to the Court of Appeal may apply to the Court of Appeal to be granted bail. (2) On an application under subsection (1), the Court of Appeal may grant the prisoner bail pending the appeal. See section 323 for bail following appeal.
