270 Appeal against aggregate sentence On sentencing a person where the sentence appealed against is an aggregate sentence of imprisonment imposed in accordance with section 9(1) of the **Sentencing Act 1991** or an aggregate fine imposed in accordance with section 51 of that Act, the County Court or the Supreme Court, as the case requires may rely on any agreed statement of facts (however derived) relevant to any charge contained in the original charge-sheet.
