253B When finding of guilt occurs If— (a) on arraignment, an accused enters a plea of guilty to a charge for an offence; or (b) a jury delivers a verdict finding an accused guilty of an offence— then at that moment the accused is found guilty of the offence unless the judge sets aside the plea or verdict.
